MDG said a while ago there were discussions about shows, but then again they said as much 5 years ago in an interview when TCH came out. Something about how they'd like to do some shows again but they were finding it difficult to find the right vibe or something...? Can't find the references now.
Personally I'd sell my own kidneys to see them, but I've almost given up hope.
I wonder if they realize the amount of money people would pay to see them. Maybe a gig at redpoint that would be pretty epic. I seem to have that feeling that they play gigs all the time but just not to the fans, to friends and family - they seem to like that sort of thing.
I think they used to do that, but I'm guessing less so these days. I think they're probably very aware of how poplar a gig would be though. They probably have Warp reminding them of that regularly

Considering how picky they are about making their tracks(according to interviews) it would seem like selecting venues with the right vibe would be 100x harder.
