I've never listened to VHS Head before. I checked out the myspace site just now and I must say: Awesome! I was immediately taken by those fat beatz. Will be getting this album. Any recommendations for previous material?

supposedly this guys been making music for a while. but the only stuff that's been released are the Video Club EP and this new 2xlp on Skam. So you don't really have too much catching up to do!

Damn, I was hoping there would be more than that. I really like the songs he has up on myspace.

According to my dad there is a definite comparison to be made as both artists get on his nerves. :)

Must admit I thought this at first listening to the EP, but stuck with it and love VHS Head now! The various layers within the tracks tend not to reveal themselves until a minute or two in. The stop/start loop techniques are a little over-done at times for me, clever nonetheless. 1:20 into Sunset Everett is epic with the choppy vocals, I can really see the BoC comparison in moments such as that.

Is there any information on the internet about creators of the VHS Head band?

Are they so misterious like Tregashkins of The Tuss? :D

Alls I know is he/she/they is from Blackpool, not too far from here!
