Possibly fake BoC song - help me identify?

I downloaded this song from a dl link posted in a Boards of Canada thread in some forum early last year. The link had no other info than the name "Happy Lucy". I don't remember anything else the post said.

I have no idea if it's a well-known BoC fake or music from a similar-sounding artist like Christ. and it's really bumming me out. Maybe I've missed a track somewhere. Could you guys give a listen and see if you recognize it?

It's fake and therefor being removed to TRS section.
