Most unsettling Geogaddi Track

If i had to say one it would be devil is in the details.Only because it entered a dream once lol..but Boc tracks dont really have that effect on me.

I do too, not because it scares me but because I don't really find anything in it.

I remember saying something in another thread about you could feel the sky and how it makes me feel terrible for the first half or so, then everything just gets better.

the whole album has a pretty eerie vibe, but the most haunted songs in my opinion are.

opening the mouth
the devil is in the details
a is to b and b is to c
you could feel the sky

i think you could feel the sky is the most haunted.. its one of my favorite tracks, but it really does bother me

This is a tricky one for me... I have three pics for three different reasons for the "creepiest" ones.

Opening The Mouth: As the title suggests for me, when this plays I imagine a landscape melted with reds and orange skies, ash ground, a mound of tar with eyeballs that is actually weightless, blowing and breathing in the solar winds. It's just an unsettling landscape, but nevertheless beautiful in every way.

The Devil Is In The Details: This song is just so hypnotic and it gives me paranoia. While the narration tells me to relax, the dancing textures provoke otherwise, all the time. It's a braindance between contrasts that I've heard nothing like before.

A is to B as B is to C: Well, it's kind of a given I suppose. It's a nightmarish dance that tries to tell you it's pleasant when really it's this disorganization of insane renderings.

As for the least, it's The Beach At Redpoint.

About a year ago it would've been Corsair for me... but the more I listened to it the more I understood the balance and beauty of it, rather than what I thought was this evil droning that placed me inside of an old photograph too grainy to see anything in. I guess my mind just learned.

Yep, I am! I listened to Geogaddi a lot during my A-Level revision last summer and Corsair was the only track where I had to stop everything I was doing, just because of how unnerving it is. For me personally, Corsair would make the perfect soundtrack to the world's end.

Gyroscope used to creep me out enough that it took me almost a year to listen to it all the way through. Now I really like it.
But The Devil is in the Details always makes me feel uneasy. And so does You Could Feel The Sky. Those two tracks still unsettle me.

I was walking through Wales during the summer and passed through an incredibly eerie forest. When 'You Could Feel the Sky' came on my headphones, I almost went mental with a kind of oppressive fear! I had never reacted to this piece of music in that way before, so that is why 'You Could Feel the Sky' is my choice for scariest. My choice for least scary is Magic Window. Haha, I jest.

A Is To B As B Is To C is the only one on the record that gets me feeling a bit unsettled. Energy Warning makes me feel weird too sometimes.

1969, Beware the Friendly Stranger, Julie and Candy, Over the Horizon Radar, and Dawn Chorus are all very uplifting for me.

Gyroscope and You could feel the Sky are particularly haunting. Some will probably have experienced this but i have put this album on to sleep with twice, both times i have woken up in terrified confusion haha. I leave BoC out of sleeping playlists, for me, they require attention and focus.
