Sounds like they sent the Irish ones out at the same time as the UK ones. Does it really take that much longer for post to get over there?

yeah the post it capital Shit over here. takes about 2 weeks for something to get here. they dont work on weekends so makes post really slow. you could be waiting for a bill from town (16miles away) and it would take a week to get here.

oh that was nice!!!!! did you say thank you?
heh. You bet. I was surprised that it even came today, and then when I found the CD in the package I started giggling like a schoolgirl. My girlfriend looked on in a mixture of awe and confusion. Although, she's a fan too.

I wonder if Warp are sending out those free copies of the CD 'cos the vinyl pressing is so damn noisy? If so, then that's a pretty cool thing for them to do.

She actually suggested that, and it seems like a reasonable explaination to me if more people are getting free copies. But then, I got my dispatch e-mail last friday. I had a listen to my vinyl copy as well; the noise didn't really bother me too badly. I could only really tell it was there on the interlude tracks. Fluke or nice gesture, I'm happy either way.

It's common for the lads Warpmart to make mistakes, I also have the vinyl version and I haven't got a free CD, so it a mistake once again I assume.

Me neither.. I've just been to HMV to stare mournfully at it... :(

Flipping bank holidays.

Picked up Odd Nosdam's "No More Wig For Ohio", while I was there though. So that cheered me up a bit!

After a couple of listens I have to say it's pretty good. Perhaps a bit more sketchy in nature than Burner, but that's cool, I liked that jumpy attitude with the first cLOUDDEAD cd. There's many a weird and wonderful sound flying about.
