That is incredible.
Got to admit..that lushness there is really some tight stuff for a video game 8) Thanks for this!

The full OST is all good. I'm in love!

One of my mates recently said Lone's latest LP would fit right into the Ridge Racer 4 soundtrack, and he's right! Amazing shit.

Awesome stuff =D

Jet Force Gemini... oh my god I love it so. "Epic" for a lack of a better term.

Worms 2 and

Frogger 3D (so chill ;P) and this, which is awesome

TMNT Fall of The Footclan (some of the best original gameboy music around IMO o_o)

I also liked this too, good walking music =P

And this isn't forgotten... I just need to post one of my favourite OSTs of all time :B World of Goo is beautiful

the whole .//hack series (comprised of infection, mutation, outbreak, and quarantine) has an EXCELLENT soundtrack. especially if you're into err.. celtic throwbacks.

How could I have missed that x__x earthbound had amazing music that was in it's own style, loved it. And the Giygas battle theme... o_o

<-- awesome battle music reel from Earthbound

<-- Giygas and Pokey battle (1:00 in, pumps me up so much lawl)

Then this... so dark and ambient, I didn't sleep well after shuffling to it one night and being too lazy to reshuffle >_>

Earthbound is so awesome. I think you have to actually watch the final battle in order to get a real feel of the circumstances though

oh and everyone can shut up about this one
runescape.. sucky game (although i still fancy the thought of maybe getting back into it one day.. if it weren't for the absolutely horrid community of confused 10 year olds playing it)

but good music, really

Speaking of Earthbound, I love the music in Mother 3, the GBA sequel that never made it outside of Japan.

- beautiful harp, and the MIDI saxophone is soAMAZING.

- fantastic battle music, with Game Boy arpeggios.

- The theme/a medley.

It's the kind of music you don't hear in JRPGs much. Totally weird and enchanting mix of synths, MIDI instruments and odd time signatures.

It's a shame it never got a western release, as it's the best traditional RPG I've everplayed, and the strangest. There's an excellent fan translation out there, so get it!

This one has a bizarre video. Big inspiration for me (I make chiptune sometimes)
(STORM EAGLE - Megaman X)
And of course:
(BOOMER KUWANGER - Megaman X)

Let's not forget the whole Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross soundtracks!

And here's one from my youth:
(Green Hill Zone - Sonic the Hedgehog)
Basically the first three sonic osts are like...my life, haha
I'm a man that does not strive for a certain genre, in his music. Ugliness among beauty. Or is the other way, around? Maybe just all ugly.

Not really sure if it was popular but here's another to add to the list:
Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom

This game is still a very fun game to play, even though I'm 16 and have played more mature games like RE4 and Destroy All Humans (1 and 2).
