I think I would seriously loose it if it was some shitty remix album!

Just out of curiosity, there was some talk of them being in a 4/5 album contract with warp?
Any ideas what the count actualy was?

Not sure - the "Trax" and "Wire" interviews describe Campfire as their third album, but no one seems to have discussed that angle much.

Hmmm, I was going through BOC pages and saw MDG at one point was really pushing that the band was trying to get their archives organized....I wouldn't be opposed to some official releases of old stuff at this point either!

I could definitely see it going on for months. You'd think that after such a long silence, they would make the wait more fun than tedious.

It's only been 2 weeks, though. With Trans Canada Highway it was a bit under a month.

I've had that nagging thought for over a week now but didn't want to flesh it out to avoid stirring the bad vibes ;)

Yup, I have thought about it at some stage. Its easy to, due to the long, long wait. Lets just hope the waiting is not in vain :?

No reason to let it bring you down. Do you really think MDG would go on about not only a release, but releases only to have the band close up shop?

for what it's worth, i have followthatpage.com email me when changes are made to boc's site because i'm too lazy to click over there everyday. some change was apparently made last night, but it's all strange code in the email. probably just server jargon or something, but at least some gears are still turning since 'da box'
