The photo is in London. Conjestion charge markings on the road and the photo is London.jpg. Probably nothing.

here's google maps take on it- previous music poster on board. looks like we can just see whole of the billboard if you compare to google maps image- so not missing any text. a teaser for something then.............

Definitly New Battles album, one of the songs is called Ice Cream, That looks like ice cream but also looks like a cloud of smoke, and come on, if that was boc, just that as artwork, i wouldnt like a pink cloud to be the artwork lol
