This is such a sick track...I wonder why it was decided it would be cut from MHTRTC.

Anyone know?

The Aquarius 7" version is awesome, though the abrupt ending is a little bit of a letdown IMO.

Maybe they felt it didn't fit within the album. And it is a lovely track. 8)

i can't stand this track really. not my kind of boc i guess.

the intro few minutes before the beat picks up reminds me exactly of a goldeneye 007 n64 soundtrack song--"surface" level maybe? idk

That's funny, it reminds me exactly the same thing! I spent so many hours on this game!

yo Rodheh, my favorite shirt in high school was a big oversized heavy PHM t-shirt. I wore it on off-uniform days with a black fishnet sweater and a spiked collar.

Chinook was the first song I'd ever heard by BoC. What with me living in Alberta - and fully aware of how awesome Chinooks are - I just HAD to listen to it, lol.

Completely blind listen, but man was it awesome.

My top 5 are:

1. Seven Forty Seven
2. Chinook
3. 1969
4. Everything You Do is a Balloon
5. An Eagle in Your Mind
I AM GOD. THE ULTIMATE RESONANCE.

There are a lot of different 'me's, you know. There's the mad me, when I get angry.

Why or how those four exclusives eluded an actual release is way beyond me.

Sick dude. Yeah, I wasn't around during the very early days of NIN, but I would have loved to have been.

heh. I just gained new appreciation for the Goldeneye 007 soundtrack

similar guttural baritone

buildup is great in this song, then the drum climax at the end

Lol that's great stuff! Played it when I was a youngster with my friend but never really stopped to listen to the soundtrack. Now is the time.
