More like TOO TIMELY. As in, any regular band would have had a friggin album out by now!

Actually, how long has it been since Drukqs came out? RDJ better get on the ball too.

Yeah we think we have it bad.. Hardcore Aphex Twin fans have been waiting 10 years now. Fuck Autechre fans and their two new beautiful albums..

Just kidding we're all probably fans of all three >_<

Oh yes, Aphex Twin is probably my least favorite out of the Warp Pool.

Seefeel, Autechre, and Mira Calix...Battles, Grizzly Bear, and Bibio...<3

Why were you guys expecting something [x] number of days after the box or whatever?

Where x can = some made up on the spot boc-sounding number or date.

I live in hope we are on the verge of some mega fucking awesome boxset with vinyl/cd/artwork and dvd all in some incredible, beautiful container. Optional extras include a new Kaleidoscope, inks for making t shirts and stickers.....

I've discovered so many artists and bought so many records since the last Boards Of Canada release that I really haven't paid any attention to all the speculation. It'll be here when it's here. Yeah they are my favorite musicians but I feel bad for the people checking their website everyday

Seriously. Focusing all my energy on one group not only burns me out right away but makes me miss all the other bombtastic awesome stuff coming out in the mean time. BoC will be here when it gets here. Until then I know for sure that a number of my other favorite bands are releasing things that will be just as awesome as well.

RDJ is what got me into Warp records in the first place, so he's always got a spot in my heart. I love his music. Esp the Analord series.

Never liked Squarepusher though.

I think Squarepusher's okay, but some of his stuff is rubbish. Aphex's acid/Tuss/Druqks tracks are awesome, Autechre and BoC are amazing.

If the new album is vinyl only, I will go apeshit. I don't have a record player.

Yeah.

Aphex
Autechre
BoC

Those are the only warp bands I love.

Autechre... Right.. To me it sounds TECHNICALLY very well made (maybe the best of the best), but MUSICALLY and EMOTIONALLY they don't trigger anything for me.

Aphex Twin and BoC are my heroes...

I've got respect for Autechre, but.. nah, I don't listen to it much.

Same as me. I don't listen too often to IDM though, but as far as I've heard either BoC and Aphex induct me to a serie of mental landscapes that no other band has been capable to replicate. Teached me to appreciate electronic music, in a certain way.

I like Autechre because each track is like a pandora's box of new sounds and textures. It's very steril too, which I appreciate (but only from them).
Their music really is like audio architecture.

I like a couple Autechre songs. "Slip" off of Amber is probably my favorite by them. Very nostalgic.

Apart from that, BoC, Plaid and Ochre are the only Electronic musicians I listen to. Don't really care for much outside of IDM.
