I love it, and i really don't understand why the above is such a bad thing, (certainly isn't for me.
I guess it's all so subjective).

That first track with the pads and beat is simple but gorgeous.

thing is, and I don't mean to be mean or anything, just asking, why do you need feedback on a genre change... why not just do it?
I change genres all the time, put my stuff up and don't care. Seems like your biggest fear is doing something different.

I dunno, just me rambling again.

Thats a great point Nick.

Realy as long as you enjoy making the music Synthe it shoulnt matter what label or genre someone would fit on it. Just keep experimenting with whatever pleases your own ears.
Good music is still good music no matter what genre someone says it is.

(btw the samples are Jim Jones)

Thanks to whoever...
I'm also sorry if I piss off people for making a new thread. Please notify me of that too.
It was a very good listen. I too am interested in the gear used. Do you mind mentioning what your using?

Also, i agree with the niche comment. I don't think you need anyones approval. It's not like you went from country to death metal.

That's whats great about Boc. Sometimes there is beats. Some times not. I know fans went nuts when they added guitars. But so fucking what. You have to grow as an artist not make the same album 10 times in a row. Keep doing what your doing and never fear spreading your wings.

Great stuff in that sampler! can't wait to hear an album full of this. Like TTK said, keep on doing all sorts of genres.
