To those who are new(er), please read the rules, and use the search function. Most of you have very constructive things to say that could very well be interesting and new, but let's not create new threads, eh? Aesthetics is already up to his neck in storage space issues, let's not make it worse. Almost EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE having to do with BOC has been discussed here before, as said before. Search it out, reopen old topics, I don't think that would upset anybody.

So basically search "favorite [whatever]" and any thread a newly registered member might want to post can be found.

Again, thanks for the searching. Let's use this as a test to see if this reduces all the needless topics. If this works I might include this in the new phpBB3 version.

btw, there isn't a space issue. But there is a frustration issue about all these needless topics ;)

Funny how such an old thread can suddenly become so relevant again.

Smart idea. One of my pet hates on so many forums is the idea that so-called 'thread necro' is somehow bad when it makes so much sense to revive old ones.
