I heard "The Bottle" on a podcast once (I think it was DMX Krew's?) and was planning on checking out more of his music.

I guess I now know what I'm doing tomorrow...

Really sad. Like Ae said, I only switched onto him in the last year or two but his last album was incredible. RIP.

Oh man! What a terrible loss to wake up to. Just as he was getting due recognition by a whole new generation of folks like us.

Definitely check out his '70s recordings from Pieces Of A Man onwards. There's some amazing and thought-provoking stuff in there.

So it goes...
