That's better than gold...and no, I don't have the money. I'm not a collector of anything, let alone rare vinyl, but I'd have that in a heartbeat if I had the cash.

No thanks. That price is stupid. I am also happy with my reissue Twoism. I would love to have the original pressing though but not for that price.

Discogs must be terribly wrong because this is what they say the original 100-piece promo-release looks like:

a) this is just a cover photo everyone puts everywhere, not the actual picture or anything. if you look at th cover of the label from the first link it's the same issue as the one on the auction.

b) labels say nothing about warp, where the re-issue, i'm pretty positive, states a date (2002) and label's name as well.

all in al, seems legit. but no way i'm buying, not for 400 quids.

I always thought that maybe there were 2 different pressings before the third pressing reissue.

First Pressing: Full Artwork Cover (No Generic White Sleeve and cutouts that were pasted)

Second Pressing: Generic White Sleeve with Artwork Cutouts pasted but still exclusive to Music70 and still mentions Chris H.

Third Pressing: Reissued by Warp, Generic White Sleeve with Artwork Cutouts pasted and the removal of Chris H. as a contributing artist.

Then again, maybe printing the art on smaller cards and pasting them on generic sleeves was do to their budgets. I am sure it was cheaper to make.

That generic white sleeve that you speak of is the one reason why I haven't bought Twoism on vinyl. It's hideous.

That generic white sleeve that you speak of is the one reason why I haven't bought Twoism on vinyl. It's hideous.

It IS awful. I remember finding it years ago in the used electronic section thinking it was a bootleg, then looked it up when I got home and found out it was pressed that way... Wow. Hahaha. I bought it for $5 back then so I can't complain too much. They even glued the track listing cards to the middle labels of the record too, so when you put the record back in the sleeve the corners get all bent:

Yup - agreed ^^^. Still, to me, that's part of it's charm. Good luck to anyone wanting to blow £400-£1000 on this though. More money than sense? Probably. Each to their own I guess.
