Boards of Canada recognising AFOT as canon?

So that means "The Children's Prison" is official, too - since it's on their page?

As fas as I know I don't think anyone has ever figured out where that version comes from so maybe they acknowledge it because they made it.

For the record Poppy Seed (Reprise) is the song that made me "get" Boards of Canada and to this day is the song that invokes the most emotion in me.
