That repetative sample was so awesome and i made a little mix of it, but made it very bad - i suppose if i would remake again - it could be better )

I think I would go with something a little different. Since I count some of the harder more mechanical Boards songs as some of my favorite I would turn them on to Japanese films like Rubber's Lover or Tetsuo. I would be immensely interested in what kind of Apparatus/Pylons/Nova Scotia Robots songs they could come up with.

I've got a great MP3 of the trumpeter Freddie Hubbard losing it big time with a European audience in 1966, which the Sandisons may like to use (probably pitch-shifted so it sounds like a little boy, and distorted). The way he rants at them is ace. Here's a description:

The first two tracks are of particular interest because this is where Freddie Hubbard gets into a war of words with the audience, with the famed trumpet player letting fly a number of "muthaf...s."

Reacting to the heckling and whistling, Hubbard told the audience: "FUCK YOU WHITE MOTHERFUCKERS! FUCK YOU WHITE MOTHERFUCKERS! ("Go home!") Well okay, I'll go home. If you don't like me KISS MY ASS! That's right, cuz you jive, you JIVE, YOU JIVE! You white motherFUCKERS! YOU THE ONES WHO STARTED THIS SHIT! Lemme show you - you the ones - FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU, you white motherFUCKERS! {starts crying} If you don't like me kiss MY BLACK ASS! YOU MOTHERFUCKERS! {drums start} Fuck it, I won't do it!"

In an email, BigO reader Johannes Probst wrote: "I was talking to James Spaulding, who was in that group, and he remembered the night vividly. Hubbard was drunk and started cussing out the audience. So in the intermission the police kicked in the dressing-room door and took both Hubbard and Spaulding into custody. James was very angry with Freddie, because he had to spend the night in jail."

I forgot to say, that in the recoding, Hubbard plays completely solo and during that, he stops in mid-flow to utter, "Jive motherfucker" with such brilliant disdain.
