problems with itunes

Hi. Horrible glitching noises are occuring when I try to playback audio in itunes10. I have tried reinstalling itunes and my soundcard numerous times and tweak a few preferences.

Any ideas

I've had this before - tends to happen if I'm running too many applications or processes at the same time.

thanks. ever since i had a reinstall of xp it's happening. then sometimes it doesn't happen. gah!

have you tried it with other media players? winamp, wmplayer, etc?

the latest iTune is full of bugs on my Windows Vista setup. I don't have any problems with my other music softwares though. I wish I'd kept the old version (iTune 8 worked fine).

i downloaded the latest drivers for my soundcard and it has been working for the last month ok.#

All of iTunes is a problem.
