I hear ya. Magic Window really has endless replay value - something which most music has yet to achieve.
psh. john cage did it first.

and also how does this make you feel claustrophobic?

one of my favorite bands of all time. this band got me through high school
such an extraordinary song, and a great album too. One of my favorites for the summer

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I figure it's better than making a new one...

BMSR's stuff is so hard to find on wax. I found a picture disc of Dandelion Gum today, but I didn't get it for fear of it sounding like poop, as picture discs are wont to do. Does anyone here have said record? Wondering if I should go back and get it.

I have it and its alright. You should get the Eating Us LP too. It's awesome and I got it with big poster. Tobaccos solo work, especially Maniac Meat and Mystic Thickness have been in heavy rotation for a while. Nuclear Aerobics 1,2 and 3 are awesome: , ( third one is not on youtube ) . There are few BMSR vinyl for sell at discogs : http://www.discogs.com/sell/list?artist ... rmat=Vinyl .

Saw Dandelion Gum at our local record store for $14.00 used. I like BMSR and all but I didn't fell like getting it for some reason. I do have Tobacco's Fucked Up Friends on vinyl that I purchased when he came to town last year.

Recently went through a big BMSR/TOBACCO phase. Good stuff.

For anyone who cares, TOBACCO has a new one coming out in May: http://www.blackmothsuperrainbow.com/disco1.htm
