One more for the 'to be framed' pile. :)
Where did you order from Logan? Direct from Kranky?
Ryan, there's been a few 'issues' it seems with the shipments both sides of the pond. My order from Erased Tapes took about a week longer than expected and eventually shipped out of Germany. I think Kranky had some problems too in the US.

It's worth the wait if you've not had your LP yet

EDIT: fantastic interview here. Includes one of the best lines I've read in some time:

'Q. Will you be working together as Winged Victory again or is this a one off piece?

AW - We will do another one for sure. We have a few solid tracks left over from the first recording sessions, and we really had such a lovely time together in the studio. It was too rewarding to not try again.'

Believe it or not I've been so smashed with work that I haven't put in my order. I've just been listening to the Drowned in Sound soundcloud - I need to do this tonight. I really do love this record in a way I haven't loved a record in a long while.

Kranky lists the vinyl as unavailable. I'll have to keep an eye out. In the meantime I ordered 'Sullen' on CD and Tim Hecker's "An Imaginary Country" - lots of sleepy listening ahead of me. :D

Especially given the way Sullen was recorded, it seems like a premium title for an analog format.

I really liked the Sleepingdog album, but I do think I like this better just a tiny bit.

Y'see, I have almost exactly the opposite view! lol
Love both of them a truly unhealthy amount though.

Well this is amazing, and I haven't even checked out Stars of the Lid yet, I'm gonna be in for 1 of the biggest treats in my life.

completely agree! the AWVFTS record is wonderful, but the stars of the lid releases are in a completely different league in my opinion. especially And Their Refinement of the Decline.
