Upon researching this woman, I can confirm she is a loon.

Basinski: I wanted Cascade to become this crystalline organism like a star or a liquid crystal spaceship, a jellyfish traveling through the galaxy…

I do know it is Synthestesia but I'm watching a documentary "The Boy with the Incredible Brain" which is about a savant, and they just explained what synesthesia is before I looked at this topic to see if there was a reply to my post... :?

I have synesthesia... and it's been getting increasingly more vivid for some time now. I'm not sure if I'm stooping to crazyness or if I'm just becoming more in sync with my body (I'd like to think the second option!)

Not only does music and anything with a sound translate immediately to imagery but it also sparks physical sensation for me as well now. Music especially I get some ghostly feelings around me, like you'd get if you were really high (melting/etc).

However it's really hard for me to think normally, I have no mental "language" that I can distinguish, it's just all symbols and spatial relationships between those symbols and they tend to imply things which I then express. It's not like when I think of saying "Hello" in my brain I see "Hello", I see a red rectangle with a green triangle under it and a yellow donut next to it. Somehow that's always my association for "Hello"

Usually it's a detailed elaborate scene if I let it find associations for long enough.

Maybe that's all normal??? Nevertheless I'm preoccupied with it haha ._____.

I feel so popular. lol
Synesthesia is pretty awesome. I have sound to color, but , I don't know how to explain it... it's like it's not as active as other peoples. I get it when I listen to music, but it's not so.... random. Like once I listened to some jazz and I saw mostly maroon-ish shapes and crap. Also it seems to be just music, not voices or other things. But yeah...

The designer of this ugly piece of shit should be punched in the face by the reincarnated Henry Ford, Enzo Ferrari, Béla Barényi and Kiichiro Toyoda. Forever.

Friend of mine used to work at a sign company, all I did was make the wooden frame for a canvas, he did the rest for me. Housewarming gift ;)

i just had a sort of realization that the media could create an entire country of hatred toward you
let's say LET'S JUST SAY (regardless of whether it's true or not)
casey anthony was actually innocent and she never even had a child
media spreads propaganda concerning her and fake daughter

country hates her

not what happened, but just a hypothetical.. at.. 4am...

freaks me out

I'm gonna say I agree. If it wasn't for the media, nobody would have given a flat fuck about her. Nobody. The kind of crap she was accused of happens every day, but she was the lucky contestant of the medias hate mongering game. They made sure to shove it down everyone's throat for days on end till everyone wanted to kill her.

Yes! I was so absorbed in everything that I thought I was tripping or something when I saw him do that... like holyshit what??? haha. So unexpected. But I like how they played a satire to the fact that he was so untouchable for so long.

You know when you're tripping, and you trip over something on the floor walking backwards, then you fall slowly back for the entire duration of Selected Ambient Works 85-92
