For me:

BoC - roygbiv
Obvious choice. This was the first BoC song I heard and was my first introduction to 'real' electronic music.

Autechre - Fold4, Wrap5
The time signature of this track never fails to amaze me. True masterpiece.

Autechre - Yuop
Agressive ambience. Breathtaking close to a superb album.

John Martyn - I'd Rather be the Devil
Best use of a delay pedal I've ever heard. Check this live version out.

The Avalanches - Frontier Psychiatrist
Don't think I need to say anything here!

Bloc Party - Banquet
Back when I was an indie kid! Heard this when nobody knew who they were. takes me back to being 16

King Crimson - The Court Of The Crimson King, listened to this album for the first time couple years ago. Wasn't into a lot of "guitar music" back then. But when this song hit, I was absolutely awestruck.

Boards Of Canada - Sixtyniner, there are actually very very few BoC tracks I loved on first listen but this is one of them. Still remains as my favorite track from them.

I honestly wouldn't call BoC "real" electronic music. Whether something is "real" eletronic music or not doesn't make it any worse though.

Was just listening to Thom Yorke's 6 mix on BBC Radio 6 music and he just played a track by The Low Anthem, never heard them before. Not sure what track it was but wow... really deep, raw stuff. Anyone heard of them?

First time I heard the track Crises with Mike Oldfield when I was about 10, completely blew me away. First time I heard music that was something different from the usual radio music..

Music is Math was the first track I heard with Boc and after that I was hooked.
