Okay I dug this thread up because recently I have heavily emersed into The Campfire Headphase. I never thought I would like this album this much.

I love You Could Feel The Sky and I dont see how people can be creeped out by it. I can understand House of Abin'adab and others...but YCFTS is beautiful!!

But anyways, I was listening to TCH and going into a trance as usual...and Sherbert Head comes on...and I hear all the voices...

I can now say that Sherbert Head is the ONE AND ONLY song that has ever creeped me out a bit. Not saying I dont love it!

One voice in specific at 0:20 - 0:23

To me, Campfire Headphase is their least sinister work.

The Campfire Headphase to me is also the least creepy album. Though Sherbet Head also creeps me out. It gives me a real freaky feeling. Though (like many of BoC's tracks) it's a double feeling. Warm and cold. That's their thing. Warm sounds and cold out of tune melodies.

This is scarier than anything BoC has done IMO:

i don't think that THC is Creepy, but very melancholy, for example Tears From the Compound Eye is very Melancholy , i think the most Creepy of BoC is in the Old Songs or in Geogaddi like House Of Albin'Adab and Opening The Mouth( i imagine ghosts or something talking me everywhere)

Hi Guys. I'm drunk. And I want to say this now: If you think NO SONG AT ALL of BoC is CREEPY, then you're just acting tough or being naive.. so fuck off. There's at least 1 creepy track for everyone.

All the usual suspects:

House of Abin'adab
Circle (excerpt, kinda the same as the above)
Devil is in the Details
A is to B as B is to C
In the Annexe

On the subject of that album, I'd have to say this song creeps me the hell out:

Mostly because a lot of the time if I fall asleep to this album (Cliffs and Rhubarb are divine pieces to go to sleep to), I for some reason wake up during this song and am in that weird state of half awake and half asleep. I'm always like "What's happening why are these sounds here I'm gonna die!"

Wow that must be creepy indeed when lying in your bed (or whatever you sleep in) in the dark. Could trigger nightmares. Heheh.

Thank you noby! I have now fallen in love with Swans! One of those bands that has been mentioned here before but slipped right under my ears. Good shit!

Pretty much everyone has said the ones I found creepy.

But my top 2 are House of Abin'adab and Blueberry/Audiotrack 11a AKA ending of Twoism/Sixtyen

since everyone says House of Abin'adab reminds them of a creepy abandoned house,

I made this --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NPjH0s8QoIU

and audtiotrack 11a just makes me uneasy so I made this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKcEpW5wUe0
