Steve-O, what the dilly? Do you still want to do a joint effort on this? Im in San Diego and have an art studio in my garage where I do my work. I would be willing to do a small run of 50-ish shirts, or maybe take a count or peeps that want one and set a deadline to order one. I doubt 25% of the group will go through the trouble of purchasing a shirt so the latter may be a better choice.

Here is a summary:
The plan so far:
* +/- $20.- for each shirt including shipping worldwide, the same for each extra shirt if possible (still waiting for a reply from steve-o):
*To vote for T-shirt size and colour (perhaps 2 designs).
* How to set-up the payment (probably by paypal)
To reduce the shipping we are thinking about sending all the EU shirts to me (Holland) so I can send them across Europe.
But we have to sort out if there will be any tax or fees when steve ships all the EU shirts to me in 1 package.
The risky part of it all is the payment, because no one wants to be screwed and we have to be certain everything goes well. $20.- is slightly more than it'll eventually cost, this is because we want to provide a little bit of extra money in case something goes wrong (shirts that won't reach it's destination, misprints etc). It still is a non profit thing so all the money that will be left shall be used to:
A new round of BoC Ts, or to Chyld as he has to pay some bucks to keep Twoism on air.

AnalogFix, there is nothing 100% certain yet, so all possibities are still open. You should PM steve-o to see if you guys can split things..

i think that's a good plan Ae. $20 is reasonable.
as for the amount of shirts: a small first batch is ideal, because as you said, not everyone will hop on when everything is settled. i'm only in of the colours are nice to my taste.
is there anything known about the shirts that'll be used? i recently got a printed shirt from Anvil (http://www.cdcasuals.com), i like the sewing and fit but i'm not sure about the quality since i've only had it for a few days. fruit of the loom is nice too but as someone has suggested already, the fit isn't always ideal and the arms are quite wide. the same goes for Gildan: i've got one XL and one M shirt. the XL is way too large but rather on the short side, while the M is very nice but has large arms and makes you look very muscular.. could be nice if all of us Twoismae want to form a posse. i'm excited about this, i hope it will work out well.

I trust steve-o if it's about the quality of the shirts. Like many of you I also need the measurements as XL is way smaller in the US than in the UK or EU. My problem mostly is that US XXL shirts are for fat people (wide arms + neck) and I sure don't need that.

I have some kinds of shirts, and can say:
Gildan (from compost label merhandise) fits not bad, is heavyweight cotton, the L size is 43-44 inches chest width underarms (so 55 cm from armpit to armpit)
Fruits of the loom (from massive attack merch) fits very good, the arms are not so wide (20 cm, about 8 inches for large size), the cotton quality is better than Gildan one because also if is heavyweight is softer, the L size is 44 inches width underams (56 cm armpit to armpit)
AAA (alstyle apparel and activewear) always from massive, fits good, quality cotton is between gildan and fruits, L size is 44 inches (56 cm to armpit)
In my opinion, among these the best is fruits of the loom
XL sizes, as these shirts are from european merchandise, are 46 inches width, i know because before buying i asked to stores the measures...
generally european sizes are M 42 inches L 44 inches XL 46 inches, american sizes generally are different, because also if L is about 44 inches, XL often is 48 inches
