Powerful video that speaks the truth, but death, violence, and war will always exist. Why? Because the human race is comprised mostly of ignorant idiots. It's nice to hope that humans can change, but it's just a fact that our nature is dual, and we are ignorant.

My former religion had a verse in its holy book that seemed to put it well:

"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?"

(Never thought you'd hear a verse quoted by an atheist, did you?)

I dunno. That just sounds like a cop out to me. I believe we've got potential to evolve beyond our ignorance, or we'll just destroy ourselves. Certainly it's possible that we'll just blow ourselves up and call it a day, but I know I'm not that stupid to go along with it, and I know there are others more intelligent than myself out there.

I don't believe it's possible for some such thing as utopia, there will always be issues. But we are living in an age when the negative issues are outweighing the positive, as the world has been hijacked by a minority of technocratic kleptocrats, largely.
