So for laughs I decided to recreate some boc songs using nothing but my mic and some crappy effects.
here they are!
Chromakey Dreamcoat
Aquarius
This is what Chromakey looks like under da hood^^
I might do more, but this is it for now.
I dare you to recreate some songs on your own!
Throw away your smartphone

Sounds like you had fun doing it! Pretty cool.
Reminds me of that Bjork album where she made all the tracks with her voice. Couldn't stand a whole album of it though.

So funny and so awesome!
Sagan: In order to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. Basinski: I wanted Cascade to become this crystalline organism like a star or a liquid crystal spaceship, a jellyfish traveling through the galaxy…

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I do this to myself all the time. Especially at work. There's a room where there's a slider for the lights to control the dimmer and I always walk in, set the mood, and do the bass line from Aquarius. No one understands BUT YOU GUYS

This is probably my new favorite thing ever. It should be yours, too.

Fun stuff, Cupz! It would be funny for everyone to pitch in and do a full album of covers like this! We could call it Opening The Mouth!

That's ace!!!
I challenge anybody to listen to that version of Aquarius without having a great big grin smeared across their entire face.

Chromakey Dreamcoat! LOL
Thats exactly how a waiting Boards Of Canada fan (a witness of BOCs glory sounds)
In the mean time a boc fan makes that acapella version of Chromakey Dreamcoat.
Nice.
