It wasn't intended to make you look like an asshole, it was purely intended for humor.

I think what happened was there were some silly posts about Skrillex, I played the "I'm so fucking mature in my 30's card, then decided that I didn't have a sense of humour. I forget that this is the internet. My being so quick to judge comes from the amount of time I've spent here, forgetting that the internet has changed and so have the sensibilities. I should probably lighten up a little.

I agree, and I do think Twoism is more than capable of having that serious discussion. I think the only reason that people responded the way they did was because OP posted a bullshit point.
