Who needs enemies when youve got fans?
They have not created all the awesome music they have by people demanding shit from them im sure.
Ive bought all of there albums and enjoyed every minute of them (thank you boc) What is the problem exactly? Have you all pre invested or something? Exactly what is it that you think they owe you and why?

People need to grow up and understand that artists on the whole make work for their own creative satisfaction, they aren't working to please you. Besides that, publicity wise it's actually more the labels job to indicate current goings on and developments on their signed roll call. Be happy with what you have, demanding information is childish and crass.
Pretty much what I think.
By that MDG fella I do beleive..
So relax and enjoy your time on earth and one day when you least expect it... Boom! a new album

I agree with this and I think this is pretty much the reason why you arent getting those updates a lot of you are so hungry for.... I respect the lack of internet status updates, its not important."All I can say is that it was never traditional for an audience to be privy to the machinations of an artist, filmmaker, musician, or author until the internet (and specifically blog websites) were invented.
By the time Peter Jackson releases his new movies, some of his audience will have already seen much of the film on his Facebook blog and other websites.
Do any of you guys remember the days when something wonderful just appeared out of the blue, without having had it all explained away and spoiled in advance?"
So relax and enjoy your time on earth and one day when you least expect it... Boom! a new album

The reason I am moderately disgruntled is the fact that MDG is legit but he says there would be an album in like 2010 and stuff like that
I wish he would just say there was no new album rather than getting our hopes up for years. It's bs
And it's not too much to ask for BOC to take literally 30 seconds and write a Twitter update.
It's US, after all, who bought them their house, equipment, cars, snowmobiles, and all that nice stuff
It's not too much to ask.

Of course we haven't given them everythingAesthetics wrote:I really hope you aren't serious.Zeffolia wrote:It's US, after all, who bought them their house, equipment, cars, snowmobiles, and all that nice stuf.
But their fans surely make them a bit of revenue
I really hope you're aren't seriously suggesting they haven't benefited financially AT ALL from their fans.

Sure they have, but that doesn't mean they owe us anything. It's their choice how to communicate. They have always been like this besides the updates on the new social media.Zeffolia wrote:I really hope you're aren't seriously suggesting they haven't benefited financially AT ALL from their fans.

This shit's sad. Rodheh, there is nothing wrong with you. You're more reasonable than a lot of other people on this forum. Lens is just trolling you. He will go away soon after he can no longer get you to engage with him in these retarded arguments.
In regards to the original thrust of this topic: Screw it, I just want to go have a pint with Mexicola and forget BoC fans are like this. Stupid Atlantic Ocean.

i. I never said they owe us anything. I'm saying it's the right thing to do considering it would take them little to no effort and would do us ALL a huge favor, even you.
