Saw that DNFTF reissue in the store today. Do you have that or an original copy? The reissue is sanctified by Club Devo. There is an older than old game programmed in Flash, "The Adventures of the Smart Patrol" which is heavy on the Turkey Monkey. Play that game!

Portishead's second album as well. So realized. Jerry Rafferty's City to City is essential, as is the Misfits' yellow skull comp.

Polygon Window - Surfing on Sinewaves

Really good 90s dance/tech/rave music from 'Polygon Window', you may know him as Aphex Twin

'808s and lots of reverb.'

Ulrich Schnauss - A Strangely Isolated Place

Wow, was the reaction when I frist heard this album, in particular the track 'On my own', for me it comes real close to a Boards Album. Tbh, its maybe a little bit too clean cut, I like the Diy-ness, especially early Boc better.

The Zombies - Odessey and Oracle

A great pyschedelic sixties band with an album that is as good as any doors / beach boys / beatles record, imo anyway

Pixies - Come on pilgrim / Surfer Rosa

First album from the Pixies, I didn't know wether to pick this or Bossanova, It could easily of gone the other way and in another dimension, maybe it did.

Soundgarden - Superunknown

and finally, would have liked to put a Nirvana Album up here, (someone already has) so, it might not be everyones cup of tea, or, a 'classic', but when I was young I bought this album and I loved it....

Good shout re Maxinquaye - one of the sexiest, most psychedelic albums ever. Still sounds amazing.
