Svankmajer's films are utterly strange. Conspirators of Pleasure is particularly odd. Good though.

Did you get the 'Far Away Trains Passing By' double CD set? Some of the tunes on the second disc are gorgeous.

Listening to 'Burial' at the moment - dark oppressive grimey dubstep. Perfect for a summer's day.

Thanks for the reccomendation, I listened to Opening which was good, haven't found Metamorphisis yet.

It's the Gescom - Minidisc, which is not that good imo and it isn't a side project of Autechre.

"<i>Incorrectly perceived as simply an Autechre side-project, Gescom in fact exists as a platform for a number of aligned artists to work in various different combinations, whilst remaining-otherwise-anonymous. Personnel in Gescom has varied from release to release and even track track. Releases have included 'Minidisc' in 1998 on the Or label, which was reportedly the first ever Minidisc-only release. This comprised of 45 tracks sliced into 88 portions, and encouraging the listener to loop and shuffle at will. </i>"
