My New Label

Post by none_more_epsilon »

Hello there,

I thought I would post a link to the first release on my new label. If you like drone and the weird vortices of the British countryside, you should have a listen.

Here is the blurb:

Native. It is found all along the coasts of Britain, common where its preferred habitat survives. Stems are creeping and ascending, like an essay about the sunken church bell. Leaves are jointed and translucent like a half-forgotten dream. Some believe that tidal changes have caused catastrophic decline, reminding us of the submerged chambers of a flooded chapel.

Hot Cygnet Tape by Now Wakes the Sea.
Distorted orchestral loops.
Droning guitars and analog delay pedals.
A lovely new tape available now.
Limited to 250 copies.

Thanks BOCers and have a lovely day!

Have you heard of Andie Brown's project 'These Feathers Have Plumes'? Similar vibe.
Lovely stuff - nice work.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback!

I am merely a man with a label, the real genius is this man:

His stuff is really great and it's a pleasure to be putting some of his stuff out on my label.

Cheers again and have a lovely day!

I gave "HCT" a listen in full. Man that was fantastic! I've needed some music like this lately. Thanks so much for sharing. You have a good ear for this kind of music.

I haven't heard that, Mexicola, but I will most definitely spend this evening indulging my ears!
