Damn, Poon Dodger! I like the ambience of your pad. Would be a inviting place to chill.

Not mine. I couldn't afford the coal-fired power station needed to run it...

Although, curiously, there don't appear to be any actual instruments in there.

Now, Vince Clarke's cabin studio is another matter...

Nah man, all the instruments are in the live room, this geezer is just a real relaxed sound engineer

Okay, here goes.

This isn't my current man cave (I'm a bit nomadic at present). This picture captures some of the 'man cave' I had in the best flat I ever lived in (just last year) in New Cross, London. (I was messing with the exposure on my camera; hence the white light in the top left, where a lamp is hidden).

aaanndd I found one looking in the other direction too..

aaaanndd... this flat was so badass it even had a resident DJ

Yeah it was a huge room. Two big windows.

Can't tell you the amount of times I spent hangover/mellow days laying on that futon and listening to records. Total bliss. The area around, as well, is really nice; parts of New Cross have that real 'classic residential London' feel to them :-)

Really nice ambient lighting asymmetrical! Lighting really sets a vibe doesn't it? Lighting & colour are so important to me in setting the right 'head space' in your own 'outer space' (e.g. what this thread has dubbed 'Man Caves')
