It's less about using the kaleidoscope and more about the fact it's a pretty limited BoC collectible that many fans want to add to their collection.

Also, I'm still trying to figure out whether you typing like that all the time is some sort of elaborate joke or not.
Okay...now...wait for fog machine.

I pretty much just assumed he was a troll from the start. All of his posts are obnoxious.

I always thought they should have released a Teleidoscope rather than a Kaleidoscope. Cause all of the artwork on Geogaddi looks like Teleidoscope images.

They are so cool but equally not worth the expense. I wish I had the spare cash to consider purchases like this :/
Sagan: In order to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe.

Basinski: I wanted Cascade to become this crystalline organism like a star or a liquid crystal spaceship, a jellyfish traveling through the galaxy…

I own one. Bought it from Warp when they were selling them. Don't know why someone would want to sell unless desperate for cash. Great curio to own and fun when you're 1969 in the sunshine. No way I'd ever let my kids play with mine though!

These Kaleidoscope things seem to be gaining value, £105. What was the original price when sold from warp? £15?
