Hi Twoism.. I'm Michael from Chicago, IL, USA. I first heard BoC in 2007 and have listened to them heavily since 2009. I have a music project of my own called Swirl, which is influenced by the psychedelia of BoC. It's a mixture of organic, warped, and synthesized sounds.
I actually just released a video to go along with one of the tunes today, which is available here.
Cheers

Hey y'all!
I'm 29. Been listening to BOC for about 12 years.
I'm a musician. I'm proficient on a few instruments and quasi-proficient on a few more. I mostly make sample-heavy pop music, but I'm getting back into making electronic music.
(p.s. if anyone's interested, I'll link to my stuff...but I thought it'd be a tad presumptuous to do so unprompted)
Anyway, glad to be on the forum.
Cheers.

I found boc about three or four years ago now I think. Time really flies upon looking back. Anyways, I'm Canadian. My parents met in Alberta, and I spent a lot of time there before moving. I've actually been to the place on the cover of Music Has The Right To Children once. Boc has always really connected with me, but I guess you could all say that : p
The almost mythical status of the brothers has always interested me. I hope to contact them someday, or see a live performance. I have hope for a new album, and will patiently wait.

I've never formally introduced myself on twoism though I've been here for the better part of a year I guess... before that I lurked on the forums occasionally- usually to find news on a forthcoming BoC album lol.
I first came across the brothers five years ago around sophmore year of high school when I got wayyy too into ambient/electronic music. Mostly cuz of Kid A lol. I can distinctly remember the first time I gave the brothers a real listen- it was a freezing winter night and me and my buddy (being obnoxious high schoolers) smoked a joint rolled with notebook paper and on a car ride back to his apartment I threw on sixtyniner and since then me and a bunch of my buddies have been hooked. I love all their records a great deal.
Drawing, making music, and listening to music have been the three big things for me. I like to think I have a pretty decent musical collection though I'm plenty sure a lot of twoism-ers have me beat haha. I make music as "tape sounds", feel free to check out my bandcamp- the link's in my signature.
Oh yeah from time to time I also indulge in certain psychedelic chemicals.. a lot of interesting stories/experiences from there...
