Just bought about 10 books for my dissertation. So much money, luckily I chose a topic which I am genuinely interested in, so the books will be welcome on my shelf after I have finished with them.

Also got this DVD directed by Sophie Fiennes, about Anselm Kiefer's work Jericho.

Bought a 1960s Owl and Poodle Kitcat Clock for my Wife. The eyes move and the tails wiggle back and forth.

Found these vintage E.T. toys at a Flea Market for a few bucks.

It are simply a number of thin metal sticks which are bent at the sides so they can hold an album and can be hung so that they become a chain. It's probably easy to make yourself although I bought them from someone.

a battery for my car which wouldnt start...and then the time of my neighbour who fitted it for me...

still wouldnt start after that, turns out i just forgot to put petrol in it.
