Not so far.....

I know I'm in the minority here, but I haven't been that impressed with anything they've done since The Big Lebowski. Barton Fink is indeed great though. Finally picked up a DVD of it (to replace my ageing VHS copy) this weekend.

I forget what they've done recently, but Barton Fink and The Big Lebowski alone is an amazing resume!

Interestingly enough, the only Coen brothers movie that I'll probably not rewatch is Fargo, despite how much it gets lauded by critics. That movie left me feeling pretty depressed when everything was said and done.

I haven't watch the Big Lewbowski. My cousin has it- I'll have to get on that.

Edit: Oh and I loved O, Brother. Great film. And Raising Arizona.

Raising Arizona is my favourite from the Coen brothers.

Oh man how on earth did I forget O, Brother and Raising Arizona, both absolute classics.

Fargo definetly left me depressed, but in a way that speaks for the films favor as I believe that was the feel they were after.

no films have really gripped me or made me laugh in a long time
big lewbowski i only watched a few months ago and me bein a stoner loved it.
my other fave film is pulp fiction
i'm wondering if any fellow boccers have heard of a film called- BAD BOY BUBBY?
its an australian film made many yrs ago prob in the 80's
i watched it about 6-7 yrs ago and me just becoming a mother found it impossible to watch,
no im a little older wouldn't say wiser but i'd love to watch again
if anyone knows how i would be able to purchase this film i would be eternally gratefull

My only complaint about that film is that I wish they had subtitled it. The dubbings are awful and I HATE HATE HATE how Alice always tells you who is speaking.

It's a visual medium. I know who is speaking because I can see them.

And quit zooming in on her teeth.

I think it added a litlle extra feeling to the movie somehow.It wouldn`t be the same without it.
and the bad dubs are only funny

maybe i`m just being optimistic.Its not fun waiting a week for a film you despertly want to see
