I haven't had a lot of time this year to shoot anything real good, and I don't have a car at the moment, so it's hard to get out. Hopefully I haven't already posted some of these. But here are a handful: *sorry if I break someone's screen, I made them small as possible.

amazing shots! bit of a josie wales feel. where were they taken? yeah, connemara is a beautiful part of ireland. there are many hill/mountain walks varying in height and distance depending on one's stamina, but one of the hardest is the 12 bens. there's more info here if you're ever planning to visit - http://www.walkconnemara.com/

Nice one :)

Im sure they will be fine until I accidentally 'drop in' on one of their 'waves of the day' and say in my dopey brummie accent: "Surry mate, I didunt mean it lyke" haha.

It would be cool to see how the surfers are up there; there are spots in Devon and Cornwall where the locals can barley tolerate tourist surfers.

Rather than start a new thread, I thought i'd just post these in here. Really lovely photos.

These are mostly for Mexicola!

Thanks everyone :)

Most of these are my first tries with HDR on my new camera. Landscape and HDR is hardly an original concept, and I have a tendency to overcook things in post, but I'm learning and it's so much fun. I just wish these DSLRs didn't weigh so much. Packing in 10 miles with 2 lenses and a tripod at 11k feet is not a ton of fun.
