Nice to see TFTCE get a few mentions, possibly my favourite BoC track!
Sagan: In order to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe.

Basinski: I wanted Cascade to become this crystalline organism like a star or a liquid crystal spaceship, a jellyfish traveling through the galaxy…

Good question.

Hard question.

Do I want something simple that really drove me wild? or something complex so I can keep discovering things.

Nevertheless the only thing that came to mind replay-wise was Macquarie Ridge. So triumphant and uplifting.

god this is a really hard choice but im going to have to go with kid for today. its the song that changed my life and is probably my favorite song of all time by any artist. i just have a deep connection with that tune which could be due to the fact that i spent 3 hours listening to it on repeat while tripping on almost a quarter of shrooms.

now that was an adventure, i really cant wait till im finally off this suboxone so i can trip again

oh, 5.9.78 would be a very close second

Well, since people are "cheating" I'm going to go ahead and add You Could Feel The Sky and Nlogax as well along with Julie and Candy. I think if I had those three tracks to listen to only, I'd have most of what I love about BoC.
Okay...now...wait for fog machine.

Interesting unconventional choice, just listened to it now, I never fully realised that beautiful echo vocal sample/recording in the middle of all the tape hiss and crunchy sound, awesome :)

I listened to EYDIAB almost seven times in the car yesterday and decided, as much as I love the other two tracks I cheated with in this thread (and no matter how much I wanted to cheat with a fourth song and add "Constants Are Changing"), EYDIAB would be the track I would never get tired of listening to.

So, I went back to my original thread and bolded it..signifying a winner.

If I could hear a studio version of Echus, that may be in contention.
