We only went decimal in 1970 my friend. Granted, I was only born in 73, but I can't 'do' height in cms or distance in km. Strangely though, I prefer weight in kg. Weird..saturdayindex wrote:Mexi--you know what feet and inches are?! I thought it was a mortal sin for a Brit to use those.

I think it's just cos everyone uses these in conversation and magazines..
Distance is always miles, Height in feet and inches and weight in stones or kg's
I think kg's is more of a sport/health thing.. most gyms and stuff use that.
