Post by Aesthetics »

It's up for preorder :)
All preorders will receive the lovely song Admittance right away.

The artwork once again is stunning!

Just ordered! I'm going to wait to hear it all at once, skipping the preview track for now. The Kettel t-shirt looks cool but 30 euros is way too much for me!

Received it the other day!

Great album, not what I expected from a collab with Secede and Kettel though. Some songs have a middle-age touch to them which reminds me a bit of Robin Hood stories :)
Admittance is such an awesome song. At first I found it a bit silly with the drum which sounded like a street orchestra (not sure what the English term is) but after a few listens the drums made me feel happy.
The song Kirsten has a very BoCish start but along the way this song transfers in a peaceful choir-like track.

Somehow it feels more like a Secede album but I guess that is because Kettel his music contains more elements of Secede's and Secede less of Kettel music.

4 Months ago I figured out that Secede guy lived in the same village as I do, and it is really fucking small. Nice to see such an internationally well known name came from such a shit village ;D

Ontopic. Really need to check this.

Kettel and Sending Orbs are from my former town as well. Am I a chauvisnist when I like the music a tiny bit more because of it? ;)

Kettel is from Groningen right? And I don't think you're a bit chauvinistic when you say so. It's just, I always think that there are literally 0 talented musicians in my hometown, Secede proves this wrong.
Bit if you see the youth in my town, nobody can blame me I guess. 14 Year old druggies, everywhere. Quite depressing.

Edit: Just listened to the entire album and I love it, gonna order this for sure. Artwork looks really slick as well.

This is unbelievable! They're both doing what they do best. The mixes sink so deep like secede, and the melodies sound so magical like kettel. Kettel has always been a sound-sorcerer/alchemist, that could explain the medieval touches here and there. Its great, I feel like an apprentice on his day off making magic mushrooms explode with harmonic fluids.

I ordered it 2 days ago, hope Sending Orbs has their stock in the Netherlands, so I get this today. Amazed by this album.

Edit: It's here, that makes me a happy panda!

Looks very good, Kettel is one of my favorite artist, but I've never heard about Secede. Is it an long time running artist?

For Secede to finally come out of the woodworks and drop this? Very disappointing.

I fell asleep listening to this shit. Has the replay value of an tree stump.

I liked Bye Bye Gridlock Traffic and Tryshasla has got to be one of my favorite albums of all time. Wasn't too impressed with Vega Libre though...I guess the thing with Secede is that after an album like Tryshasla my expectations are simply too high.
But we'll see, I just started listening to this and it sounds very promising so far.

Bit harsh, but I do see your point. I was expecting one absolutely mind-blowing track (like Leraine was in Tryshasla) that I couldn't help but replay to death.

That being said, Full Moon is a treat.
