New piece I just finished last night. Composition took a new direction for me, kind of lilting/breezy, Caribbean feel -

I'd appreciate any feedback about the level of the bass. It's transparent and supports everything but I'm wondering if I might need to turn it down a touch for more clarity at lower volume.

*edit* ended up lowering the bass 3 db

here's another one, with a really blown-out sound that I'm not sure if adds to its charm (?) or is just kind of annoying. Leaning toward the former, might tweak it a bit.

Love those textures. Sort of like the ghost of guitars being mucked about with.

I've been trying to write some dark as fuck electro and, without wanting to sound too confident, I finally think I've really hit one out of the park with this song

I liked it. Especially the little wind chops at the end. Has a very early 70s television feel to it, really calm. Kind of like Mister Rogers Neighborhood or something.

It's a bit repetitive, but it has a really solid ground, I think.

It works. It escapes being harsh, and turns out to be pretty cool. Yippee yo yippee yay.

@ tk: Nice work there. Lovely vibe.

@Vostok: Good work. Duggit!

Other people said the same thing but I really can't think of a way to make it less repetitive. Maybe I'll fix it later.
