New Release By Ceephax: Cro Magnox

Post by cubistking1906 »

Just downloaded a fantastic new album from Ceephax on his Bandcamp. A lot of old school analog goodness here. Really impressed with this one.

Check it out:

Would it drum up any interest if I mentioned this is Squarepusher's brother?

It's an amazing album. Definitely his most polished work to date and a nice contrast in style to UAE. I frikkin love Reactor, Cro Magnox and Flight of the Condor. There isn't really a single bad track on the album.

Can't recommend it enough really

Ditto - heard Ceephax's stuff before now, but this one is great, for sure. A classic electronic feel running through it; buzzing and pulsing, with some really good tunes in there, and some of it quite evocative too - top stuff.

Agree about Reactor - I think it's one of the highlights. Very much liking National Grid and Transcontinental Power Lines, too.

I had no clue Ceephax and Squarepusher were brothers. Need to check out his stuff soon, Squarepusher is in my top 5.
One small step for man, one giant leap for Wagon Christ.

My sentiments exactly. I'm really digging Winterlo and the title track right now as well.

This would be fuckin awesome. It would be great if they at least toured together.
