It's hard to tell because it's pretty dark.

I find it kinda funny that these people would be so secretive about it.
I mean, where did this video come from? Who is this guy? Where did he find it?
Why wouldn't he post more information about it?

Yeah, going by the 2 clips now it sure sounds that way. 2nd clip starts with 2 trippy vocoded voices talking; "hello there little buddy. Hiiiiiigghhhh"

I too don't see the point in the Hexadecimal color system. We would end up with 6 different colors, big deal. That wouldn't provide us with any concrete information.

Also I don't see any reason they would use the ASCII system, it's too geeky.

As for the geographic coordinates, I find that unlikely as well, because we wouldn't know how to combine 6 coordinates, when only two would be needed.

I think as someone stated previously it's probably a cipher of some sort.

But the REAL question is, what will the information really tell us?...
