edit: Just had a thought, I know everyone's been saying this in some way or another, but... doesn't it seem like (if not a new record) the fact that they did all this to a video of old material and the vinyl that was found at least seems like it is older material, (minus the numbers?) means they might be doing the bocset?

That first video... When you hover over the progress bar, you can see there is a preview image, but there is nothing in the video itself.

Wow, looks like they're not wasting any time with these. If the Hell Interface thing is real, then that is the 3rd string of numbers.
They're making a bunch of random Youtube accounts to post stuff.

Edit: Yeah pause at :40 on the video ... that's the third string of numbers.

A field, yeah. You can see the horizon, some trees silhouetted...

Far fetched, and as much as I don't want to believe it because it would mean they are really fucking with us, is this them confirming the supposed second one is real? Therefore giving us another set of numbers?

So, the Hell Interface YouTube account has been around since 2006, is it likely that if it’s not controlled by BoC that the person who has got it has also managed to create an elaborate hoax this quickly? I think that’s probably a stretch…

Plus the Boards of Canada YouTube page lists the Hell Interface channel as a featured channel.

I agree with this. I doubt very much that the Lone tweet is real, since we have confirmed a connection to an official channel for BOC for the other numbers. At this point I would feel safe to heavily discount anything that isn't connected to a confirmed Warp representative, official youtube/facebook/twitter etc.

Well, I'm in Bonney Lake and I didn't find out about any of this until last night so yeah. I had to call around Tacoma just to be safe, but it appears they didn't even know what I was talking about.
