Any significance in the location?

We know the numbers are the first block but i wonder if there are numbers around somewhere......like projected in the sky, on the pavement......the number of that building, perhaps a phone number....a buzzer number.....

They have to be around somewhere

It's got to be numbers station audio as per the other 5 or it would break the pattern. I think this vid will be a clue for where the code will be broadcast.
