They reckon Austrian intelligence. At some point it was changed to an American voice before being taken off-the-air entirely.

On an unrelated note, perhaps you should make your avatar a bit bigger. I have a 1080p monitor and it doesn't quite take up all of the screen.

The first 50 or so links all make reference to it as a zip code.

The Boc projection at Rough Trade ( ) resembles a bit like a Nevada nuclear test site. The elements of the projection are difficult to see, but i think there are some rests of building and structures that look alike with some of the buildings tested in "Operation Cue":

There is also a fan video featuring "Last walk around Mirror Lake" (Boc mix) which sums up the footage of Operation Cue pretty well:

Bomb: Apple-2, 29 kilotons tested on 5th may 1955 in the Area 1 of Nevada test site

Nevada could be traslated in spanish like "place with snow" or "snow storm" also...
