they planned this carefully and with foresight.

the two you hear before the double 9 isn't as clear as the rest of numbers, I thought they just cut the first number and the 6th of the building would be indicative? no?

my impression is that everyone thinks it should be 6 because the NPR code is the nearest thing to think of. the other recordings didn't clear up anything for me, it was as muffled as anything else...

That was my point too- this did not clear anything up, which was confusing.

That is one thought that passed thru my mind earlier. Either way, it's the NPR Code in the first slot.

And even if it's not and it's some other number, all of this thinking on one way or the other is fruitless. Everything will surely solidify and fall into place when the next clue is revealed. Then we will definitely know what goes where. Waiting for the next step is best at this point.

that's understandable.
but it's kind of lazy to assume what the code is instead of knowing.
it's a code damn it, it's useless if we don't get it right

if i was in london i would probably be at the gallery front with my ears at the glass!
