I know what you mean. I registered here at the point when some users were posting ideas I had thought about for the code. But some of the latest code breaking, goes way beyond me.

Interesting...I was through Yermo while on a trip not long ago. I agree though...there probably isn't anything actually there. It would kind of break the consistency of how they've been giving out the codes....

I was starting to feel a little jerked around on reddit. They have more than one person there but this is the only one posting cryptic non panoramic type pics.
But then 4 symbols X 9 points of intersection = 36?
It looks like it represents mitosis or a transmission.

I agree with this. I think things are getting a little batty with all the ambitious speculation. The number on the pole is 429899-S. Doesn't fit with the pattern. It's just a pole number. Everything will fall into place with the next solid clue or transmission. Have faith, they won't leave us high and dry. I could be wrong but I don't think the pole has anything to do with this.

If you make four sets of nine numbers out of the 36 from the code would that provide other coordinates?
I'm stuck on the term sub-transmission now.. But it's insane that one of three people down there has these pics and not much else. And who precision draws graffiti on a relatively clean but supposedly abandoned bathroom wall? I would have scratched at those intersections to see if they hid numbers underneath. But then I might have come with a record player, short wave radio and a keyboard to use for jamming with the mothership...
This has to be the sketchiest part of the whole thing. The part where it seems like we're either being lead far astray or toward something real. It seems like this whole story is about to break in one direction or the other. I feel like I've seen that diagram in shortwave radio documentation before, but I can't help wondering if its even really there. I have to congratulate someone. Mind = fucked.

When I first heard the audio of the RoughTrade event.... I thought I only heard 5 numbers. People on the scene have reported only hearing 5 numbers. And here is a new vid of it... and I'm really only hearing 5 numbers (99742)... I'm kinda back to my original theory of them taking out the first number of the NPR code/transmission and playing in with the (Number 6) on the shop being indicative. Either way.... it doesn't change my stance on NPR code being in the first slot. But I'm thinking that there really is only 5 numbers in what's being looped in the store. Yeah, I can hear that. I wouldn't be surprised if they did a live transmission of the last clue this weekend at some point.

FYI the originator of the Yermo thread on reddit seems to be mocking the people who went. "You're crazy", etc. It is pretty funny to think of someone waiting around for 420 or midnight and annoying the local cafe owners. But to dig through the pictures to put this goose chase together is totally insane. I guess if we get taught a lesson in misinformation I'd like it to be from BoC. That would make sense to me anyway.

But this is also what happens when something like this goes on for more than three or five days. It gets bigger, more people know, so you get more trolls. There's been so much nonsense going around the last two days that I've suspected red herrings were being intentionally thrown. Like if you got one clue out of a message board, don't expect anything else? If BoC don't keep "transmitting" then others will. That's an excellent reason for me to stop posting for a while..
