For me it was real when I heard the jingle / those synths. No one else can create that sound.

For me it was as soon as i saw the ------/------/------/------/------/------ on the julie and candy video. it was too much of a co-incidence, the vinyl and the audio snippet too particular and detailed to fake

I think the youtube trail would be where a reasonable person would have begun to believe, but like a lot of others here I was 95% sure when I heard the jingle and number on the record from Other Music, and 100% sure when someone contacted them and they said the record was given to them by a Warp representative.

also the fact that the sleeve featured copyright/published by warp records and generated a buzz on the internet, warp would have been quick to publicly refute it if it was a fake imo

Youtube trail. I think anyone could've faked a vinyl but when we all heard the same vinyl synth in higher quality i assumed it to be real.
