robin/aesthetics, have you considered (or have the capability to) sending out an email blast to all members about the new album? there are a ton of hardcore fans from many years ago who no longer post here, and i'd hate to think of them missing out on all the excitement they waited for for so many years. perhaps they all still lurk in the depths or stopped caring ....
That's my guess.plazz wrote:Has it been discovered what "fyt" (hidden in the twoism header clue) means?
"For you, twoism" ?
Aesthetics?
And yeah, I want the poster too. I like the poster better than the album cover! (larger letters taking up more space).
I miss all my old posters, records and memorabilia.. can't get started on that again, noooooo.

Do you consider those who missed this as hardcore fans? I don't...zeitgeist wrote:robin/aesthetics, have you considered (or have the capability to) sending out an email blast to all members about the new album? there are a ton of hardcore fans from many years ago who no longer post here, and i'd hate to think of them missing out on all the excitement they waited for for so many years. perhaps they all still lurk in the depths or stopped caring ....
Although I still miss a lot of old posters they all left this place for a reason. I can't change that by an email. This whole magical mystery trip (ooh, I hate the silence) brought back a few old top posters though
*High fives wwbjd, The Other, thedisavowed, esselfortium, Sallybear, boardsofdublin, and those of whom I missed a post of? I never missed much discussions and topics throughout the years but with the influx of all the new members, I certainly have missed some! Also a lot of lurkers who have posted a handful of post back in the days, did find us again
Are you talking about the TH banner? I created the Tomorrow's Harvest banner myself and if something appeared in there then it is just a coincidence.plazz wrote:Has it been discovered what "fyt" (hidden in the twoism header clue) means?

Life is a Frequency
Aesthetics: he is referring to this:
The overlay added to the banner shows an image resembling the csch video above. Royce Ausburn found running the unix "strings" command on the gif file returns the following:

^ agreed - I'm sure the amount of coverage this has received outside the forum (Clash, Guardian, Pitchfork, NME...) would have brought back any former (or lapsed) members back who were interested. It's not Aesthetics' (or anyone elses) job to tell the world.
Just caught the TH video for the first time today (I've been out of the loop for various reasons this week) - like it. Definitely getting a big cold war vibe; which is exciting - I'm fascinated by cold war history

Haha a bunch of my friends texted me as soon as this started going down, like "get back on the internet, some weird boc thing is happening". Which is weird because a few weeks before I was like "I feel like boc is about to put something out" and my friends were like "nah I doubt it". Now they think I'm magic.

Edit: Unless Warp/Bleep decide to release it digitally a month early, like they did with Exai.....
