MARCUS: Then we have an extra hour of sleep!

(audience laughter)

MIKE: That was a great extra hour of sleep. I dreamt about hexagons!

MARCUS: I dreamt about energy concerns!

MIKE: Let's go to the studio! To collaborate with Madlib!

(in the studio)

MIKE: What's happening, Madlib?

MADLIB: Can't talk now, I'm afraid. I've got 7000 albums to release.

MARCUS: Since yesterday?

MADLIB: Yes.

All of Oh No's instrumental stuff is crazy good. He's Madlib's younger brother. Check out Dr No's Oxperiment (all sampled from Greek, Lebanese, Turkish, and Italian psyche funk records) and Oh No's Ethiopium (inspired-by and sampled-from rare 60s and 70s Ethiopian funk, jazz, folk, soul and psychedelic rock), you can get most it from here:

don't know if you will like this but I think it highly qualifies.. and he is an amazing artist with such sexy grooves. great for making dinner with your girlfriend, or making love with your girlfriend or anything with your girlfriend

Fat Jon Ample Soul Physician "lightweight heavy" I heard it back in 2005 and it changed the way I felt about hip hop forever. In fact I can actually credit that and bonobo with changing how I made music too. Not a totally super easy album to find either, this one I had to purchase.
